Drive Logic Tech, LLC · Last updated July 2026

At Drive Logic Tech, LLC (“Drive Logic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our products and services. We are committed to transparency and to giving you control over your information.

About This Policy

Drive Logic is a technology and manufacturing company. We design and build software products, provide technology services, and manufacture custom cabinetry and specialized fixtures. This Policy applies to our website and to the products and services we offer, except where a specific product or service provides its own separate privacy notice.

Why We Collect Information

The information we collect when you visit our website or use our products and services is intended to help us serve you better. In general, we collect information to support our marketing efforts, to better understand how our website and services are used, and to improve our products and services.

Information We May Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us — for example, whether you are browsing our website, submitting a form, requesting information, becoming a customer or partner, placing an order, requesting support, responding to a survey, or using one of our products. We may collect information such as your name, company or organization name, mailing address, business email address, and phone number when you submit a form, place an order, request a demo, or provide that information to a Drive Logic representative by phone or email.

When We Act as a Controller or Processor

We handle personal information in different capacities. When you provide information to us directly — through our website, by phone, by email, or in person — we act as a data controller and determine how that information is used, in accordance with this Policy. When we process personal information on behalf of a customer who uses our software or services (our “Clients”), we act as a data processor and handle that information only on that Client’s behalf and instructions. Our Clients are responsible for providing the individuals whose information they submit with any required notices and for obtaining any necessary permissions. Drive Logic is not responsible for our Clients’ own processing and use of information within their accounts.

Website Browsing

When you visit our website, we automatically gather certain information that does not personally identify you, such as page (URL) requests, the time of your visit, your operating system and web browser, cookies set during previous visits, and general location derived from your IP address. We use this information to improve your experience. IP address information is not distributed to third parties.

Children

We do not intentionally collect personal information from anyone we know to be under eighteen (18) years of age. If you provide us with information, you represent that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or that you are the parent or legal guardian providing information on behalf of a minor and are legally authorized to do so.

How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used primarily to serve you better. We also use it to respond to your inquiries and to contact you about products, services, or information you have requested. From time to time, we may send you information about new products, services, or events that may be of interest. You can opt out of our marketing communications at any time using the opt-out link in our messages or by contacting us at the address below. Drive Logic and its service providers generally process information within the United States, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. When we act as a data processor, we process information only according to our Clients’ instructions.

Submissions

Except where we expressly state otherwise, any comments, feedback, information, or materials you submit to us through or in connection with this website or our services (“Submissions”) are considered non-confidential. By providing a Submission, you grant Drive Logic a worldwide, royalty-free right to use it for any purpose. You are responsible for your Submissions, including their legality, originality, and any rights they may involve.

How We Use Cookies

Like most websites, our website uses cookies to help provide our services and to collect non-personal, aggregate data for marketing purposes. Cookies are small pieces of data that a website stores on your device. Our cookies do not store sensitive personal information, and we do not read cookies set by other websites — except where another provider supplies functionality within our website and its cookie is necessary for our site to work correctly.

Google Analytics and Advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used across devices and browsers, and we may use Google’s advertising and remarketing tools for marketing purposes. These tools may allow us to show relevant advertising on third-party websites to people who have visited our site, but they do not personally identify you. You can control or opt out of Google’s advertising features through your Google Ad Settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Opting out will not affect your ability to use our website.

Who We Share Your Information With

Our policy is to keep your personal information confidential, except where the law requires disclosure or where you have given us permission to share it. We may share information with our affiliates and service providers as needed for business purposes such as account administration, customer service, transaction processing, analysis, and delivery of our services. We may also share information to protect the rights or safety of individuals, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business. We require our service providers and customers to maintain privacy protections comparable to our own.

We will disclose personal information to government or law-enforcement authorities when required by law (for example, in response to a subpoena or court order) or where we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Drive Logic, our users, or the public. For requests from law-enforcement agencies outside the United States, we generally require valid legal process before providing information. Where permitted and appropriate, our policy is to notify affected individuals of such requests before disclosure.

How Long We Retain Your Information

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to operate our business and systems, and to meet legal requirements.

Your Rights and Choices

You can review, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us using the details under “Contact Us” below. If you are located in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, and Drive Logic is acting as the data controller, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; to receive your data in a portable form; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where Drive Logic acts as a processor, please direct these requests to the relevant Client (data controller); if you contact us instead, we will refer your request to them.

Do Not Track

Third parties may collect information about your online activity across different websites, including ours. Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to websites operated by others. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites, and providing a link does not imply our endorsement. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Social Media

We use social media to engage with our customers and community and to share information and resources. Comments and messages exchanged with us on social media may be public. We monitor our social media channels during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, excluding holidays) and may remove content that is unlawful, threatening, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, spam, or off-topic, or that contains service requests better handled privately. Content posted by visitors does not necessarily reflect the views of Drive Logic. By posting content on our social media pages, you confirm it is your own or that you have the rights to it, and you grant Drive Logic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it.

Intellectual Property

The materials on this website and in our services — including information, documents, logos, graphics, images, software, and other content (“Materials”) — are owned by Drive Logic or its third-party providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any Materials without our prior written permission, except that you may view and download Drive Logic Materials for personal, non-commercial, informational use provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact and do not modify them. Any unauthorized use may violate applicable laws.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you choose to receive text messages from us, our separate SMS Terms and Conditions and SMS Privacy Policy apply to those communications.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
